CubeDrive Organization

With CubeDrive Organization, you can easily manage your organization’s information, including names, job descriptions, and contact information. This application allows you to create, edit, and share how your organization is structured. Your organizational structure appears in a tree format allowing you to collaborate directly with the others by posting messages, sharing files, uploading photos, and sharing bookmarks.

An organization can be your company or a project or task-based group. Organizations can also be created to include people from more than one organization and can include anyone on your CubeDrive system. .

CubeDrive Project Manager

CubeDrive Project allows you to create and edit a project plan online. You can specify the start and end dates of each part or task of the project. The list of project tasks appears on the left side of the screen. On the right side, you can easily drag and drop a task to change it to a different day or time. You can even link different tasks together. CubeDrive project can be shared with other people, groups, and organizations that are also involved in the project. You can assign people to a project's task after it has been shared.

CubeDrive CRM

With CubeDrive CRM (Customer Relationship Management), you can easily manage your clients, customers, and sales prospects. This application allows you to create, edit, and import information about your customers. A customer entry can be categorized as a lead, a contact, or an account.

You can then group your leads, contacts, and accounts into a package, which can then be assigned to a campaign. A campaign lets you choose how to reach the people or companies in your package with a directed campaign conducted through methods such as e-mail, phone, events, public relations, or advertising.

Other functions allow you to add details about your products, add details about your marketing campaigns, design an e-mail template for creating advertising messages, and record feedback from your contacts.

CubeDrive Email Client

CubeDrive email client allows you to synchronize your existing enterprise email account or your personal email account in one place.

CubeDrive email client can be accessed through two dedicated way, IMAP and POP. It allows user to compose, reply, forward, delete email and attach files to the email. User can also convert message into CubeDrive Document for further step.

CubeDrive HRMS

With CubeDrive HRMS (Human Resources Management System), you can easily manage your own time sheet and submit it for approval or rejection by an authorized user. Future plans for CubeDrive ERP include adding payroll, appraisal and performance functions.

CubeDrive Issue Tracker

With CubeDrive Issue Tracker, you can easily create an issue group to formally set in place the process of resolving problems within your organization. The issue can then be edited, tracked, and shared within your organization or a sub-organization of people who are the best people to deal with the issue.

Some issues will be assigned to be resolved by you or by another specific person in your organization. Organization members can share comments and feedback, which can be tracked for everyone to see.
