The calendar gives you a choice of formats: Day View, Week View, and Month View. You can keep even have separate calendars for yourself, your group, or your organization and you control who has access to them. You can also import events from an iCalendar file. CubeDrive Meeting

With CubeDrive meeting, you can easily create a meeting and add meeting attendee. You can select attendee from group, organization or just from email address. Attendee can accept or deny the invitation and meeting organizer can also change the status of the meeting. Attendee will be able to leave comments to the meeting. Furthermore, system also check the attendee available time through his/her calendar. CubeDrive meeting also runs in your mobile devices.

CubeDrive Schedule

With CubeDrive Schedule, you can easily create and share an event like a staff meeting or appointment or an event like the booking of a boardroom. You can share your schedule with the people in your organization or a sub-organization of co-workers. You can control who has access to your schedule. Along with a description, the field allows you to enter start and end times.

CubeDrive Task

With CubeDrive Tasks, you can easily record the tasks you have to do or reminders of the things you have to do. Recorded in a list format, tasks can be grouped by date or by category.
