What is CubeDrive?

CubeDrive provides private cloud for businesses and organizations of any size looking to retain control of their data while gaining the collaboration and lowest cost of the cloud. It includes a suite of applications which are grouped as the following categories:

• Office management, including Document, Spreadsheet, Presentation creation and management
• Event/task management, including scheduling activities and calendar, meeting functions
• Collaboration management, including groups and social networking
• Corporate management, including organization, project and employee management
• And CubeDrive Mobile

How can CubeDrive improve my business process?

CubeDrive allows you to do all the functions that you do on your current computer system, only better. The advantage is that you can share your activities with colleagues in a secure cloud environment. By eliminating the back-and-forth communication of e-mail and file sharing, collaboration on CubeDrive’s cloud computing system saves you time, increases your productivity, and gives you a more secure sharing environment.

CubeDrive also has a few useful applications, such as project management and human resources management, that can be done more effectively in a cloud environment.

Yes. If you want to control all your data and know that your information is protected behind your own firewall, then installing CubeDrive on your own server is the best option.

CubeDrive makes it easy for you to install a private cloud on your existing IT infrastructure. If you don’t have your own server, ask us for details on options.

You or anyone can get CubeDrive’s cloud computing system FREE with up to 1G storage. If you want more storage space, it’s available for a small monthly fee. If you need even more space for your own or corporate needs, view our service packages.

When you sign up for CubeDrive, we give you e-mail support with a commitment to respond to all you queries within three business days. If you are a registered paying customer of CubeDrive, check your service agreement for details on how to obtain additional help.

CubeDrive support also includes the following:

• CubeDrive’s own Issue Tracker, which lets you report and track system issues with CubeDrive’s cloud computing system
• Live telephone assistance 24 hours a day from our technical experts
• CubeDrive Forum, which contains discussions from users on their experience using CubeDrive and resolving issues with the system

How secure is CubeDrive?

CubeDrive offers two levels of security:

• Preventive Security, which is available through role-based access control to users who are authorized to access the system.
• Proactive Security, which is available through SSL-based encryption, prevents your URL from being duplicated or mimicked by unauthorized users
  

To install CubeDrive, what do I need?

Installation requires the following hardware and software:

• A computer with CPU Athlon 64 X2 4200, 4GB of memory, 1TB of storage
• A Linux system with MySql, Apache, Tomcat and Java.
• A network with 100 Mbps connection

CubeDrive technicians will install the CubeDrive software into your server at NO CHARGE. If your system does not have those requirements, you can subscribe to a dedicated server from an ISP, a hosting service, or even from CubeDrive, and CubeDrive technicians will arrange for installation. If you have any questions about installation, CubeDrive technicians are available to provide detailed guidelines.

What browsers does CubeDrive support?

CubeDrive products run on the following browsers:

• FireFox 5.0 or later versions (recommended)
• Chrome
• Safari

Do the CubeDrive screen displays come in other languages?

Yes. Because we have implemented CubeDrive products worldwide, the each screen’s icon labels (beyond the sign-in screen) are available in various languages. Tell us which language you want to appear on the CubeDrive screens, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I resell CubeDrive to my customers?
