Data communication

Data in

Here lists the different ways for system to collect data

• Data source manually entered from the created form
• Import Excel data into the system
• Inject data into system by calling CubeDrive APIs
• CubeDrive callback to grep data from 3rd-party system

Data out

Identify why you want data. Usually it is to make a decision. If it is for a customer purchase, a confirmation as well as the order for fulfilment will be required. When a customer signs up to a database, you want to welcome them to the company so they do not feel like they are actually on a database. The data out process is all about planning, structure and purpose. CubeDrive provides the following channels to process data out

• Notification such as email, message and events
• Call 3rd-party APIs from other system
• Export as Excel, PDF, online sheet
• Data analysis
