Customer requirement management entails various issues related to requirement elicitation, analysis, and specification, as well as the requirement management process. With respect to a holistic view of customer requirement management, key challenges and future research directions are identified.

This template provides the following requirements:

  • Different customers can fill and view their own submitted requirements and questions online.
  • If the status of requirements and issues changes, customers can receive a notification immediately.
  • Customers can identify the priority, status, type of issues.
  • Product managers can receive notification for the submitted issue and assign to developer for process.

Create form

User can click Requirement Template to auto generated the application. User can also login into your CubeDrive account. Click "+ Create Form" button to start build a form with drag and drop method. Enter a list of fields in the form and click "Save & Publish", your form is generated online.


User can submit the issue and process the requirement.


Create workflow

After the user opens the form, click the icon and start to build application business logic. Users can configure the flow and add business logic to the system.

  • Send out email notifications when customer submits a new issue.
  • If it is urgent issue, system sends the manager a notification.
  • From email, manager can assign the issue to the developer for further investigate.

Data analyze

Business can setup the different conditions based on their own needs for the data analyze. it brings the customer a high view for the issues from different angle.
